Pay attention to the summons (citation/ticket)!!!  It will tell you the date, time, and location of your hearing, and what specific section(s) of the Code of Virginia you have allegedly violated.

Contact me before you pay that ticket on the court's website.  Paying your ticket on the court's website is an admission of guilt for the charge(s) on the ticket resulting in a conviction.

Traffic Law Tip:  ALWAYS consult an attorney if you receive a Reckless Driving ticket.  A Reckless Driving conviction is a Class 1 Misdemeanor which could result in confinement in jail for not more than twelve months and a fine of not more than $2,500, either or both.
